What is Roullete?
Roullete is a casino game that combines elements of several other gambling games. It traces its origins to 17th century France, where it was known as hoca and portique. It was introduced to the American continent in the 1830s, where it developed into a popular game with a range of bets.
A roulette wheel is an octagonal spinning disk with a spindle and compartments, or canoes, that hold numbered pockets. It has a rim that is slightly convex in shape and its numbers are painted on the inside to keep them from getting lost in the swirling ball.
