Hiddentrak Flash Blog

I am happy to announce that my friend Myles has finally started his own Flash/Skateboard blog http://blog.hiddentrak.com and his first posts are well worth a read. I have been on Myles’s case to get his blog up for a while and now that its up its really full of good stuff. I met Myles at MLB.com and was impressed by his Flash skills right off the bat. He is one of the best Flash Developers I know and a wealth of knowledge (here, here and here). He has this amazing ability to simply play with everything and whenever I get stuck I ask him and chances are he has already tried it and moved on. Hopefully he will keep up the great posts and if you guys add comments and encourage him I am sure it will inspire him to keep it going. Currently he works at RGA and I hope they know how lucky they are to have him!

Also, make sure you check out his post on RegEx and replacing tokens. I can’t tell you enough how powerful this is to a Flash Developer. I am working on a token system for replacing dynamic values in tracking codes and this is the quickest way to do it.

If anyone else has a Flash Blogs they are trying to get off the ground or would like to get a little more exposure please comment below. I always like to promote great blogs or sites and would love to work with anyone who is looking to partner up. I am also open to guest authors if you have something you would like to talk about but don’t want to deal with the pain of running a full blog.
