The Flash Art of War

A while back I posted about my backend for rapid HTML and Flash Data driven sites. I haven’t had much time to work on it but I thought it would be a good time to post screen shots of what I built. Hopefully I will have some time next month to clean up the code and open source the Web App.

So that covers a good deal of the backend admin panel. When I get ready to open source this I will set up a demo site for people to play around with it. I have a feeling that a simple App like this would be a big help to anyone looking for a solid data delivery system for HTML and Flash Sites. Here is a list of sites I built that are currently running on it:

• http://www.napkinnotebook.com - This is a Flash only site with a custom file manager to handle previewing the sketches.
• http://www.kristinlum.com - This is a HTML only site being used for an artist’s portfolio.
• http://amiesplace.bfreedesign.com - This is a HTML and Flash demo set up to show how you can run 2 sites off the same data. Was originally built for Amie’s Place Foundation.
• http://www.iliketodream.com - This is a HTML only site being used to showcase my photography.
• http://www.bfreedesign.com - This is a HTML only site being used to showcase my Web Portfolio.
