		<description>Do those skins work that you can apply them to normal Flex 3 components?  I&#039;ve no experience authoring Flex apps, but I have compiled SWCs from Flash 9 for another developer to integrate into Flex.

Its a sound pollution monitor for airports in the Netherlands.</description>
