Napkin Notebook

November 18th, 2007

I know I don’t normally send out an announcement on the sites that I build but I am really proud of napkinnotebook.com and think it is something you will get a kick out of.

A friend of mine created this great notepad made out of napkins and he will be selling it at the MoMA store. His company Euro RSCG is producing the product and I was honored to be selected as the web developer. The site is now live at http://www.napkinnotebook.com and not only does it try to get all of you to buy one of these cool notebooks (they are not up on the MoMA site just yet) but the site also allows you to test drive the notebook, make a drawing and email it to a friend. Please pass this link along to anyone you think would get a kick out of it.

Here is a link to a sample I drew already:

I find that if you want to make a drawing and send it off to a lot of people its best to email it to yourself then forward it off to your mailing list. The site is currently only set up to do one email per sketch.

And as always, I would love to hear any feedback may have…
